steps for creating attachements,
1. Create a public cell named 'Attachment' - With Format as Text.

BulkAttach: This will attach more than one files as like windows drag & drop.(Change Cellmetadata & SheetmetadataIDs)

Attach: This will attach file at a time

Download Attachment:-

2. Paste the above URl in the form.

3. Deploy it and attach files in runtime.

Thanks Vaithi, as addition to your blog, we can also view the attached file name.

Replace "Download" text in Download Attachment url with ${instance.getValue("Attachment")} to get the file names attached.
