In the Studio, normally we set the border color is white for some error message fields. But it will not reflected in the server. It shows the border for that field. So, add one more step to avoid this problem. We should set the border backround color is White (Default backround is No Fill). Now you can see the difference.

We can also use Stored procedures in BIRT Reports instead of using select query/view.
Steps to be followed:
2.Create Dataset. While creating Dataset, select the Dataset Type as SQL Select Query
3.In the Query call the procedure like this, Call Procedure_Name() In MYSQL database.
4.If you are using any parameter call procedure like this, Call Procedure_Name(?)
Rest will be same.
